Mark Robinson, founder of MRMC and Principal Surveyor, is a Master Mariner with over 26 years experience in the maritime industry. Mark has been providing maritime regulation and compliance surveys and advice for the past decade as well as representing the Marshall Islands Registry for the past 10 years.

Bernard Vivegnis sailed all over the world on tankers for 15 years, stepping ashore as master. For the next 15 years, he was a teacher, a DPA/CSO, and a class surveyor.

Our permanent U.S. based yacht surveyor Ben Snead has over 30 years experience in vessel specification, planning, design, engineering, construction and technical management in shipyards worldwide. Ben has worked on projects in the U.S., Canada, South America, and Northern and Southern Europe on vessels in excess of 100m and brings stateside knowledge and expertise to the MRMC team.
