Marshall Islands Registry Second Largest In the World
Congratulations to the Republic of the Marshall Islands Registry which is now the second largest in the world. With the Marshall Islands fleet now standing at 223,262,177 deadweight tons (DWT), this makes it the second largest registry in the world in terms of DWT. MRMC appointed as Designated Person for Bembridge Harbour
Bembridge Harbour Authority has appointed MRMC as the Designated Person under the Port Marine Safety code and the Guide to Good Practice on Port Marine Operations. Fiona and Malcolm Thorpe of Bembridge Harbour Improvements Company Ltd said: "We were delighted to appoint Mark Robinson of MRMC as the Designated Person for Bembridge Harbour in June 2016. Love Your Yacht? Avoid PSC Issues with this Pre Season Checklist
Mark Robinson Maritime Consultants’ (MRMC) pre season checklist addresses common issues that arise when inspected by Port State Control. With the season fast approaching, you can plan for a problem free year for the yachts you either manage, operate or command by following the tools or information provided, so that you don’t get ‘caught in the net’ (Paris MOU speak). Mark Robinson Maritime Consultants (MRMC) are working on a new project with Bachmann Yachts carrying out a condition survey and pre-refit flagging exercise on a 1950 built, 45 metre steel yacht in Pula, Croatia.
